Terms and Conditions of Use

Effective Date: October 16, 2025

Welcome to the SGS 3D PRINT online store. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, purchases, shipping, returns, refunds and complaints. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Who We Are

This website is operated by SGS 3D PRINT. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SGS 3D PRINT.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, thread specifications, compatibility information and other relevant details before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your equipment, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Important Product Information

Our store offers 3D-printed accessories and other products for various applications, including accessories designed for airguns.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our airgun accessories are not intended for firearms or equipment operating beyond their specified operating limits.

Customers must use products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the published specifications and applicable laws.

Product Compatibility

Customers must verify the compatibility of a product with their equipment before placing an order.

Different thread specifications are not interchangeable merely because they look similar. For example, M18×1, M20×1.2 and 1/2-20 UNF are different thread specifications.

If the product supplied matches the specifications stated in the listing, choosing an incompatible product does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers must never force an incompatible product onto a thread or connection. Doing so may damage the product, the equipment or both.

3. Orders and Payments

Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in our store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed where required before checkout is completed.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed in accordance with the order confirmation and payment status displayed by our store.

Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where permitted by law, including cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing or product unavailability. Customers will be informed of cancellations affecting their orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customer Responsibility Upon Receipt

Customers must carefully inspect the parcel and its contents immediately upon receipt and record the complete opening process as described in Section 6.

If the parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with, the customer should show the condition of the parcel at the beginning of the video before opening it.

All original packaging should be retained until any complaint has been resolved.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and paying any import duties or charges legally payable by the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for online purchases, eligible consumers may generally withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

The right of withdrawal is separate from a complaint about defective or non-conforming goods.

Customers must notify us clearly within the applicable withdrawal period and follow the return instructions provided.

Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law and where the customer was properly informed of this obligation.

5.2 Condition of Returned Products

Returned products may be inspected upon receipt.

The inspection may include checking for:

  • Cracks, broken components, deformation or other physical damage.

  • Stripped, crossed, worn or damaged threads.

  • Modifications, unauthorised repairs or alterations.

  • Damage caused by forced installation or incompatible equipment.

  • Missing components or accessories.

  • Signs of misuse or damage occurring after delivery.

For a standard withdrawal or change-of-mind return, any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

A product returned damaged after attempted installation will not automatically qualify for a refund on the grounds that it was defective when supplied.

5.3 Incorrect Product Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product specifications before ordering, including dimensions, thread type, caliber, model and compatibility.

If the product supplied matches the listing and order but the customer selected an incompatible product, this is an incorrect product selection rather than a manufacturing defect.

Where permitted by law, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with an incorrect selection.

Damage caused by forcing a product onto an incompatible thread, improper installation, modification or misuse will be assessed separately from any claim concerning a pre-existing manufacturing defect.

5.4 Custom-Made Products

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable law provides such an exception.

This does not exclude statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming products.

5.5 Refund Decisions

Where an inspection is appropriate and legally permitted, we may request the return of the product before deciding on the appropriate remedy.

We will consider the product specifications, order details, available evidence, returned item's condition and applicable consumer protection legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, the applicable remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes mandatory statutory rights.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video and Complaint Evidence

6.1 Video Recording When Opening the Parcel

Customers must record a continuous video of the entire parcel-opening process immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

The purpose of this requirement is to establish the condition of the parcel and its contents at the time of opening and to help resolve disputes concerning damaged, broken, missing, incorrect or allegedly defective products.

The video must:

  1. Begin by showing the parcel while it is still closed and before it is opened.

  2. Clearly show the shipping label or other information identifying the shipment, while avoiding unnecessary exposure of personal information.

  3. Show the external condition of the parcel before opening.

  4. Record the complete opening process continuously, without cuts, pauses that interrupt the evidence or editing.

  5. Show the contents as they are removed from the packaging.

  6. Show all products and supplied accessories clearly.

  7. Show any visible damage, broken components, missing items or other problems discovered during opening.

The original, unedited video file must be retained until any complaint or return relating to the order has been resolved.

Photographs alone do not replace the complete unboxing video for the purpose of documenting the opening process.

6.2 Reporting Problems

If a customer discovers damage, a missing item, an incorrect product or another problem, the customer must contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

The customer should provide the order number, the original unboxing video and a clear description of the problem. The original packaging and affected products must be retained until we provide further instructions.

Customers must not discard, modify, repair or continue using a product that is allegedly defective before contacting us, unless necessary for safety or otherwise required by law.

6.3 Assessment of Complaints

We will examine complaints individually and may consider:

  • The original unboxing video.

  • The order confirmation and product listing.

  • The specifications of the product supplied.

  • The nature and location of the alleged damage.

  • Whether the product was installed, modified or used.

  • The condition of the product when returned.

  • Other relevant evidence and information.

The unboxing video is particularly important for determining whether damage or missing items were present when the parcel was opened.

Where a video is unavailable, incomplete or inconclusive, we may request further reasonable evidence and assess the complaint using the information available.

The absence of an unboxing video does not automatically eliminate statutory consumer rights where applicable law prohibits such a restriction. A complaint will be assessed according to the available evidence and the legal obligations applicable to the transaction.

6.4 Damage During Installation or Use

If a customer reports stripped threads, cracks, broken components or other damage following attempted installation, we may request an explanation of the installation process and return of the affected product for inspection.

If the evidence establishes that the damage resulted from forced installation, incompatible thread specifications, misuse, modification or other customer-caused damage, that damage will not be treated as a manufacturing defect for which we are responsible.

A claim involving damage caused after delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for that damage. Any separate defect that may have existed before delivery will be assessed independently.

6.5 Resolution

If a product is established to have a defect or non-conformity for which SGS 3D PRINT is legally responsible, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to investigate complaints and request reasonable evidence before deciding on the appropriate remedy, provided this does not unlawfully restrict or delay the customer's rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Product designs, photographs, graphics, descriptions and other original content on this website are owned by SGS 3D PRINT or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially using this content without the required permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Products must be used according to their intended purpose and published specifications.

To the extent permitted by law, SGS 3D PRINT is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, forced fitting, unauthorised modification, incompatible equipment or use outside the product's stated limits.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Please consult our Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used and protected.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

Changes will apply as permitted by law and will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by customers.

11. Contact Us
