Every recycled PET adapter has its own unique appearance due to natural variations in recycled material. These cosmetic differences do not affect strength, durability, or performance.

🔧 Installation

1️⃣ Remove the Original Grip

Remove the factory grip from your AEA Challenger Pro using the original mounting screw.

2️⃣ Install the Adapter

Position the AEA Challenger Pro AR15 Grip Adapter and secure it using the original factory screw.

3️⃣ Install the Alignment Pin

A 3 mm locating pin is required for installation.

The pin is not included, but it can easily be made from a standard 3 mm drill bit or any hardened steel rod of the same diameter.

The pin hole is intentionally manufactured slightly undersized to ensure a secure, tight fit. If necessary, carefully finish the hole with a 3 mm drill bit.

4️⃣ Prepare Your AR-15 Grip

Because the AEA Challenger Pro uses a mounting screw that enters at a different angle than a standard AR-15 lower receiver, most AR-15 grips require a small modification before installation.

Using a drill bit or countersink, slightly chamfer (angle) the mounting hole inside the AR-15 grip so the original AEA mounting screw can seat correctly. Only a small amount of material needs to be removed.

5️⃣ Install the AR-15 Grip

Attach your preferred AR-15 grip and tighten the original mounting screw until the grip is securely installed.

4️⃣ Install Your AR-15 Grip

Attach your preferred AR-style grip following the manufacturer's instructions.

⚠️ Important Notes

Compatible only with the AEA Challenger Pro.
Original mounting screw is reused.
Requires one 3 mm locating pin (not included).
A standard 3 mm drill bit can be used to make the pin.
AR-15 grip is not included.
Minor fitting may be required depending on the grip manufacturer.
