We ship all orders from within the European Union and deliver worldwide via registered airmail with signature confirmation upon delivery.


🚚 Delivery Options

1. Priority Delivery (with Priority Order Processing)

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–7 business days.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or public holidays, dispatch may be delayed by 3–10 additional business days.

2. Standard Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days.

  • In rare cases, processing may take up to 14 additional business days due to seasonal volume.

3. Secured Delivery (with Priority Processing)

  • Recommended for orders up to €150.

  • Includes postal insurance: if the parcel is lost or damaged, the postal service will issue a refund.

What does “Priority Processing” mean?
Priority orders are processed before standard ones. Please note that this does not guarantee faster postal delivery, as transit times depend on the destination and postal system.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination country

You will see the final shipping cost and available delivery options during checkout.


📝 Ordering Instructions

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide a valid email address for all order updates.

  • Include your mobile phone number with country code (e.g. +44 7123 456 789).

You will receive email notifications for each stage of your order.
If you don’t see these messages, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact your email provider. Alternatively, search online for how to unblock sender emails.

OUR EMAIL SERVICE IS WORKING

Once your order ships, a tracking number will appear in your order history.
Please use this number to track your shipment — unfortunately, SGS 3D Design cannot track parcels on your behalf.


🔐 Customer Responsibility

Once dispatched, the parcel becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure:

  • Your delivery information is accurate and complete.

  • The parcel is collected within the timeframe set by your local postal or courier service.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Reshipment will occur only after these fees are paid.

SGS 3D Design is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local taxes, import duties, or any additional fees charged upon delivery
